Swan 09 is one of twelve interconnected research domains within the 12 Swans Project. Its final thematic definition, evidence base and methodology are currently under editorial and methodological review.

Rather than publishing premature assumptions as conclusions, this page establishes a transparent research container. The approved scope, strategic questions, early signals, scenario pathways and cross-domain relationships will be added as the research gate is completed.
